摘　　要：森林自然资源的价值评估对于天然保护林工程的实施以及支持中国达到碳达峰和碳中和的发展计划具有重要意义。然而,鲜有文献同时考虑国有森林资源中林地资源的经济价值和生态价值。基于此本文从经济—生态两个角度出发,采用基准价格修正法、AHP层次分析法、生态价值补偿法对内蒙古大兴安岭重点国有林区的林地资源价值进行了全面评估。本文研究结论有助于明确我国国有林地资源的经济价值创造能力,同时也能够明确其在我国绿色生态改革进程中蕴含的巨大生态价值推动力,为合理管控森林资源,防止国有资源流失,并促进我国低碳减排事业的进一步发展提供了科学依据。The valuation of forest natural resources is of great significance for the implementation of natural protection forest projects and supporting China's development plan to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.However,there are few literatures that consider the economic and ecological values of forest land resources in state-owned forests.Based on this,this paper assesses the comprehensive value of forest land resources in the key state-owned forest area of the Daxing'anling Mountains in Inner Mongolia from the economic and ecological perspectives,using the benchmark price correction method,the AHP hierarchical analysis method,and the ecological value compensation method.The research conclusions of this paper will help clarify the economic value creation capacity of state-owned forest land resources in China and clarify the huge ecological value driving force they contain in China's green ecological reform process,providing scientific basis for the rational management of forest resources,preventing the loss of state-owned resources,and promoting the further development of China's low-carbon emission cause.
