强脉冲光联合口服多西环素治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果及不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的探讨口服多西环素联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及不良反应。方法选取2022年5月至2024年5月三明市皮肤病医院收治的80例玫瑰痤疮患者,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组患者采用强脉冲光治疗,观察组患者采用多西环素联合强脉冲光治疗,比较两组患者恢复效果、治疗前后皮肤功能指标差值(红斑量、经皮水分丢失量、角质层含水率)、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后恢复效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者红斑量、经皮水分丢失量、角质层含水率等皮肤功能指标差值高于对照组(P<0.05),两组玫瑰痤疮患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论口服多西环素联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮效果好,且不会明显增加不良反应。Objective To analyze the efficacy and side effects of oral doxycycline combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of rosacea.Methods Eighty patients with rosacea received in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received intense pulsed light treatment,while the observation group received doxycycline combined with intense pulsed light treatment.The recovery effect,the difference of skin function indexes(amount of erythema,transdermal water loss,cuticle water content)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference of skin function indexes such as the amount of erythema studied was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Oral doxycycline combined with intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of rosacea,and does not significantly increase adverse reactions.
