混频超声波导入复方利多卡因乳膏在微等离子束治疗面部瘢痕中的镇痛效果研究

摘  要:目的比较混频超声波导入与封包复方利多卡因乳膏的镇痛效果。方法选择2021年9月至2022年4月在广西医科大学第一附属医院就诊的50例面部瘢痕为研究对象。将患者面部两侧随机分为观察组和对照组,分别行混频超声波导入或封包,对比疼痛评分、不良反应、术中伴随症状、满意度。结果观察组术中VAS、术后5 min VAS、术中NRS、术中FPS-R的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率、术中伴随症状发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混频超声波导入复方利多卡因乳膏较局部封包在微等离子束治疗面部瘢痕中提高镇痛效果,未增加不良反应,提高患者满意度。Objective Comparing the analgesic effect of compound lidocaine cream between mixed ultrasound introduction and encapsulation.Methods Fifty cases of facial scars treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from September 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group on both sides of the face.The patients were guided or encapsulated by mixing ultrasound respectively.The pain score,adverse reactions,intraoperative concomitant symptoms,and satisfaction were compared.Results The intraoperative VAS,postoperative VAS after 5 min,intraoperative NRS and intraoperative FPS-R of the observation groups were inferior to the control groups,There were significant difference of all the groups(P<0.05).The adverse reactions and intraoperative concomitant symptoms of the observation groups were also less than those of encapsulation groups,while the results show that there are no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).As for satisfaction degree,The results indicated that mixed frequency ultrasound introduction groups are more satisfaction than encapsulation groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with encapsulation treatment,administration introduced by mixed frequency ultrasound into CLC can improve the analgestic effect with facial scars when treated by microplasma,meanwhile,that did not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions and patients’satisfaction evaluation is better.
