改良Park法重睑术治疗轻度上睑凹陷的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究改良Park法重睑术治疗轻度上睑凹陷的效果。方法回顾性分析2021年9月至2023年9月于厦门美莱医疗美容医院就诊的92例轻度上睑凹陷患者的临床资料,所有患者均行改良Park法重睑术治疗。分析上睑凹陷深度、整体美学改善评分、术后并发症及手术满意度。结果与术前相比,术后3个月、6个月上睑凹陷深度明显减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月整体美学改善评分高于术后3个月及术前,且术后3个月整体美学改善评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。92例患者术后未出现瘢痕增生及矫正过度,矫正不足1例,两侧不对称2例,1例恶心呕吐,术后并发症发生率为4.35%(4/92)。改良Park法重睑术治疗后非常满意56例,满意35例,不满1例,满意度为98.91%(91/92)。结论改良Park法重睑术在轻度上睑凹陷患者治疗中手术效果显著,有助于减少上睑凹陷深度,提升面部整体美学效果,且并发症较少,满意度高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of modifified park double eyelid surgery on mild upper eyelid depression.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with mild upper eyelid depression treated in Xiamen Mylai Medical Cosmetology Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with improved park double eyelid surgery.The depth of upper eyelid depression,overall aesthetic improvement score,postoperative complications and surgical satisfaction were analyzed.Results Compared with before surgery,the depth of upper eyelid depression signifificantly decreased at 3 and 6 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The overall aesthetic improvement score at 6 months after surgery was higher than that at 3 months after surgery and before surgery,and the overall aesthetic improvement score at 3 months after surgery was higher than that before surgery,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).There were no postoperative scar hyperplasia and excessive correction in 92 patients,1 case was undercorrected,2 cases were bilateral asymmetry,and 1 case was nausea and vomiting.The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.35%(4/92).56 cases were very satisfified,35 cases were satisfified and 1 case was dissatisfied after double eyelid operation with improved park method,the satisfaction rate was 98.91%(91/92).Conclusions The modifified park double eyelid surgery has signifificant surgical effect in the treatment of patients with mild upper eyelid depression,which can help to reduce the depth of upper eyelid depression and improve the overall aesthetic effect of the face,with fewer complications and high satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
