A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗下睑皮肤松弛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术在眼周皮肤松弛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年3月菏泽市第六人民医院收治的眼周皮肤松弛患者90例,按照治疗方法不同分组为对照组(n=45)与研究组(n=45)。对照组接受眼袋整形术治疗,研究组在此基础上联用A型肉毒毒素治疗。观察并比较两组患者术前与术后的眼周皮肤状态。结果术后,两组眼袋状态、皱纹状态、皮肤紧致度、皮肤色泽评分均较术前升高(P<0.05),其中研究组各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症情况比较显示,研究组发生率4.44%(2/45)低于对照组17.78%(8/45)(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素与眼袋整形术联合治疗能够有效改善眼周皮肤松弛状态,降低术后并发症风险。Objective To explore the application effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with eye bag plastic surgery in patients with skin laxity around the eyes.Methods Ninety patients with ocular skin laxity admitted to Heze Sixth People's Hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(n=45)and a study group(n=45)according to different treatment methods.The control group received eye bag plastic surgery treatment,while the study group received combined treatment with botulinum toxin type A on this basis.Observe and compare the preoperative and postoperative ocular skin condition,incidence of complications between two groups of patients.Results After surgery,the scores of eye bags,wrinkles,skin tightness,and skin color in both groups increased compared to preoperative levels(P<0.05),with the study group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of complications showed that the incidence rate of 4.44%(2/45)in the study group was lower than 17.78%(8/45)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination therapy of blepharoplasty and botulinum toxin type A can effectively improve the laxity of the skin around the eyes,reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
