摘　　要：目的研究外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合减张后分层缝合在面部外伤中的应用效果。方法研究对象为2022年6月至2024年6月在建瓯市立医院接受治疗的80例面部创伤患者,根据治疗方法不同分为2组各40例。对照组患者行减张后分层缝合术,研究组患者在对照组基础上使用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对伤口进行涂抹,比较两组患者创面愈合时间、术后3个月随访面部瘢痕情况和美学效果满意度。结果研究组患者创伤愈合时间短于对照组,VSS评分小于对照组,美学效果满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合减张后分层缝合创面愈合时间更短,术后面部瘢痕形成较轻,患者美学效果满意度较高。Objective The study investigated the effect of topical recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with layered tension-reducing sutures in facial trauma.Methods The research subjects were 80 patients with facial trauma who received treatment at Jianou Municipal Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024.They were divided into two groups of 40 patients each according to different treatment methods.The control group patients underwent layered suturing after reducing tension,while the study group patients applied recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor to the wound on the basis of the control group.The wound healing time,facial scar condition,and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients at 3 months after surgery.Results The study group had a shorter wound healing time,lower VSS score,and higher aesthetic satisfaction than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Topical recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with layered tension-reducing sutures for wound closure does not result in special bacterial colonization of the wound surface,shortens the wound healing time,and results in less postoperative facial scarring and higher patient satisfaction with the aesthetic outcome.
