摘　　要：目的探讨以临床护理路径为框架的优质护理干预在手部烧伤整形患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月陆军第七十三集团军医院烧伤整形外科收治的70例手部烧伤整形患者,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者行常规护理,研究组患者行以临床护理路径为框架的优质护理干预,对比两组患者瘢痕恢复效果、疼痛情况、心理状态、并发症情况和满意度。结果研究组患者疼痛持续时间、创面渗出持续时间、创面愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者视觉模拟评分、焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手部烧伤整形患者的护理中,以临床护理路径为框架的优质护理干预能加快创面愈合,减轻疼痛程度,调节患者心态,减少并发症发生,效果较好,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing interventions based on clinical nursing pathways in hand burn plastic surgery patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with hand burn and plastic surgery admitted to The 73rd Army Group Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the research group according to different nursing methods.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the research group received high-quality nursing intervention based on the clinical nursing pathway.The scar recovery effect,pain,psychological status,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The pain duration,wound exudation duration and wound healing time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analog score,anxiety score and depression score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the nursing care of hand burn plastic surgery patients,high-quality nursing interventions based on clinical nursing pathways can effectively promote wound healing,reduce physiological pain,eliminate negative emotions,and lower the risk of injury.The incidence of complications in patients and the improvement of patient satisfaction are worthy of clinical promotion.
