关中平原城市群经济韧性水平测度及时空演化分析

摘　　要：基于2010—2022年关中平原城市群11个地级市的面板数据,从风险抵御和灾后恢复两个维度选取9个变量,利用熵值法测度关中平原城市群的经济韧性发展水平,使用莫兰指数揭示关中平原城市群经济韧性的空间特征,运用Dagum基尼系数分解法分析关中平原城市群经济韧性的动态演化及其区域差异。结果表明:关中平原城市群经济韧性水平总体偏低,但呈上升趋势,发展潜力巨大;西安市与其他城市之间存在明显的极化现象,随着时间的推移,极化现象并未得到有效缓解;Dagum基尼系数分解结果显示,地区内差异是构成总体差异的主要原因。空间自相关当前呈现集聚趋势,并朝着“高—高”集聚模式发展。基于此,在关注西安市经济韧性发展的同时,要促进关中平原城市群其他城市的经济韧性发展,加强各城市之间的分工合作,从而实现协调发展和经济韧性水平总体提升。Based on the panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain from 2010 to 2022,9 variables were selected from the two dimensions of risk resistance and post-disaster recovery,the entropy weight method was used to measure the economic resilience development level of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain,the Moran index was used to reveal the spatial characteristics of the economic resilience of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain,and the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method was used to analyze the dynamic evolution and regional differences of the economic resilience of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain.The results indicate that the overall economic resilience level of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain is relatively low,but it is showing an upward trend and has enormous development potential;there is a significant polarization between Xi an and other cities,and the polarization has not been effectively alleviated over time.The Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition results show that regional differences are the main causes for the overall disparities.At present,spatial auto-correlation has shown a clustering trend and is developing towards a high-high clustering model.While paying attention to the economic resilience development of Xi an,it is suggested to promote the economic resilience development of the other cities,and strengthen the division of labor and cooperation among the cities,thus achieving coordinated development and overall improvement of economic resilience level of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain.
