电池储能系统在并网型新能源发电系统中的应用研究

摘  要:电池储能系统以响应速度快、调节精度高等特点,成为改善包含新能源发电在内的电力系统的稳定性和推动新能源发电持续快速发展的重要手段。针对电池储能系统在并网型新能源发电系统中的应用及作用进行了分析;并以某光储一体化微电网项目为例,对电池储能系统的经济性进行了研究。研究结果表明:在并网型新能源发电系统中,电池储能系统主要具有削峰填谷、稳定电力系统和一次调频的作用。基于所述光储一体化微电网项目所在地的峰谷电价差,电池储能系统运行在削峰填谷经济性模式下时可实现约11.5万元的年收益;在节省电费的同时,还可以节省箱变的购买费用。由此可知,电池储能系统的应用不仅可提高电力系统的运行可靠性和稳定性,还能达到一定的经济效益。The battery energy storage system,with its fast response speed and high regulation accuracy,has become an important means to improve the stability of power systems including new energy power generation and promote the sustained and rapid development of new energy power generation.This paper analyzes the application and role of battery energy storage systems in grid connected new energy power generation systems.And taking a certain PV-energy storage integrated microgrid project as an example,the economic efficiency of the battery energy storage system is studied.The research results show that in grid connected new energy power generation systems,battery energy storage systems mainly have the functions of peak shaving and valley filling,stabilizing the power system,and primary frequency regulation.Based on the peak valley electricity price difference in the location of PV-energy storage integrated microgrid project in this paper,when the battery energy storage system operates in the economic mode of peak shaving and valley filling,it can achieve an annual revenue of about 115000 yuan.While saving electricity costs,it can also save the purchase cost of box transformers.From this,it can be seen that the application of battery energy storage systems can not only improve the operational reliability and stability of power systems,but also achieve certain economic benefits.
