摘  要:柑橘是国内外常见的水果种类之一,由柑橘废弃物造成的资源浪费和环境污染也日益严重。柑橘废弃物富含多种有价值的成分,如果胶、膳食纤维、抗坏血酸、精油等。基于塑料食品包装材料因不可降解而造成的全球环境问题,文章主要对柑橘废弃物在可降解食品包装膜开发中的应用进行了综述,总结了目前国内外柑橘废弃物在食品包装膜中的应用现状,评估了其在食品保存中的适用性,并展望了柑橘废弃物的开发利用方向,为柑橘废弃物资源综合利用产业高质量发展提供参考。Citrus is a common fruit type at home and abroad,and resource waste and environmental pollution caused by citrus waste are becoming increasingly severe.Citrus waste is rich in many valuable ingredients,such as pectin,dietary fiber,ascor-bic acid,essential oils,etc.Based on the global environmental problems caused by nondegradable plastic food packaging ma-terials,this article reviews the application of citrus waste in the development of degradable food packaging films,summarizes the current application status of citrus waste in food packaging films at home and abroad,evaluates its applicability in food preservation,and looks forward to the future development and utilization direction of citrus waste,providing a reference for the high-quality development of the citrus waste resource comprehensive utilization industry.
