摘 要:针对果园废弃套袋纸不易降解、污染环境等问题,提出果园套袋纸回收机的设计。研究整机结构组成及其工作原理,测定套袋纸的物理特性参数,对果园套袋纸回收机的各关键装置的运动状态进行理论计算和分析,获得各装置的工作参数后进行ADAMS软件仿真分析,得到符合套袋纸回收要求的工作条件是行进速度2 km/h、滚筒转速60 r/min。试制样机并在果园中多次进行套袋纸回收验证,回收率为80.7%,回收效果好,实现预期设想。In view of the problems that waste bagging bags in orchard are not easily degraded and can pollute the environment,a recycling machine designed for orchard bagging bags was proposed.The structure of the whole machine and its working principle were provided,and physical characteristics of bagging bags were determined.Theoretical calculations and analysis of motion states of each key unit in the recycling machine were conducted.The simulation analysis was carried out with ADAMS software after working parameters of key units were obtained.Working conditions that met requirements of bagging bags recycling were given as travel speed of 2 km/h and drum speed of 60 r/min.A prototype was made and the verification test for recycling bagging bags was carried out for many times in an orchard,with the recovery rate of 80.7%.The recovery effect was good,achieving desired results.
