摘  要:针对现有烟草人工移栽劳动强度较大、机械化装备独立性和可靠性低等问题,优化设计自走式烟草移栽机的移栽成穴装置。使用ADAMS软件对移栽成穴装置进行仿真分析,使用EDEM软件构建螺纹成穴器成穴仿真模型。通过正交组合试验,对螺纹成穴器指标显著性进行分析,确定最优参数为螺纹成穴器直径160 mm、螺纹数量3条、转速1800 r/min。田间试验测得烟苗的伤苗率为0.33%,株距合格率为85.67%,漏栽率为1.33%,移栽过程中能同时浇水,可实现连续成穴移栽作业,满足现代烟草移栽农艺要求。To solve existing problems of tobacco manual transplanting such as high labor intensity,poor independence of mechanized equipment and low reliability,design of transplantation-cavitation mechanism for self-propelled tobacco transplanter was optimized.ADAMS was used to simulate and analyze the transplantation-cavitation mechanism,and EDEM was applied to construct the simulation model of threaded burrower.Through orthogonal combination tests,significance among threaded burrower indices was analyzed,and the best parameter combination was concluded as the threaded burrower diameter of 160 mm,thread number of 3,and rotation speed of 1800 r/min.The field experiments were carried out and the rate of injury seedlings was 0.33%,the rate of qualified plant spacing was 85.67%,and the rate of leakage of transplanting was 1.33%.Transplanting holes could be watered simultaneously,and the continuous burrowing transplanting was realized,which could meet the agronomic requirements of modern tobacco transplanting.
