榆树皮的生药学特性探析

摘　　要：为研究朝药材榆树皮的生药学特性,通过对其植物形态进行描述,明确了其组织结构及粉末的结构特征.主要通过利用薄层色谱(TLC),初步建立了榆树皮的鉴别方法.同时,基于高效液相色谱技术(HPLC),分析了榆树皮的主要化学成分.研究结果可为榆树皮药材鉴定、质量评价及后续资源的合理开发和利用提供参考依据.To establish pharmacognostic identification methods of the bark of Ulmus pumila L.The original plant morphology of Ulmus pumila L.was described in detail.The tissue structure characteristic of the bark section and the powder identification characteristics of Ulmus pumila L.were clarified.The identification method of Thin-Layer Chromatography(TLC)was initially established and physical and chemical identification was performed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).The study could provide theoretical basis for identification of its pharmacognostic identification,formulation of quality standards and further development and utilization.
