摘 要:在移动互联网技术飞速发展与人口老龄化不断加剧的当下,医疗行业积极借助数字化手段提升服务质量和效率。本文聚焦某公司基于工业互联网开发的跌倒检测设备售后服务APP的设计与开发。此售后服务APP以新道YonBIP平台为依托,运用智能化技术,为医患双方打造便捷服务通道,优化患者体验,提高医疗服务效率。文章以工业互联网为前提,跌倒检测传感器为例,深入分析小型医疗器械售后服务的需求背景,详尽阐述了平台的设计原则、关键技术实现路径,并对其预期应用效果进行了展望,为医疗数字化服务提供新的思路与方案。In the context of rapidly advancing mobile internet technology and an aging population,the healthcare sector is adopting digital tools to improve service quality and efficiency.This paper presents a company's development of an after-sales service APP for fall detection devices,built on the XinDao YonBIP platform.The app aims to provide efficient service channels for both healthcare providers and patients,enhancing user experience and service efficiency.By analyzing the needs for after-sales service of small medical devices through the example of fall detection sensors,the article explores the platform's design principles and technical implementation,and anticipates its future applications.This contributes new insights and solutions towards the digital transformation of medical services.
