摘　　要：西北铅锌集团贯彻绿色地质勘查与矿山建设规范,开展地质找矿整装勘查,采、选技术革新和节能减排、固废利用以及数字化矿山建设,践行生态环保理念,强化精益管理和人文矿山建设,降本增效与企业形象提升成果斐然,其实践过程对中小型绿色矿山建设具有启示作用。Northwest Lead Zinc Group successfully passed the national green mine acceptance by implementing green geological exploration and sustainable mining practices.They advanced in geological prospecting,integrated exploration,innovation in mining and beneficiation technology.The company also focused on energy conservation,emission reduction,solid waste utilization,and digital mining,all while adhering to ecological and environmental protection principles.By strengthening lean management and employee-focused development,Northwest Lead Zinc Group improved its corporate image,reduced costs,and enhanced efficiency.Their experience offers valuable insights into green mine construction for small and medium-sized enterprises.
