改革开放初期深圳特区货币的历史考察

摘　　要：特区货币是改革开放之初国家计划在深圳经济特区发行的一种可与外币自由兑换的货币。发行特区货币的方案提出后,中央反复权衡、慎重考虑,最终决定不予实施。学界对于特区货币多有提及,但主要关注对外开放对于相关决策酝酿过程的影响。本文则在前人研究基础上,突出其中的地方因素,以及这一历史过程所反映的中央与地方关系。The Special Zone Currency was a proposed currency intended to be freely exchangeable with foreign currencies that was planned for issuance in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone during the early years of reform and opening-up.After the proposal was introduced,the Central Committee carried out thorough deliberations and ultimately decided not to implement it.While academia has frequently referred to the Special Zone Currency,the focus has predominantly been on the impact of the opening-up policies on the decision-making processes.Building on previous research,this paper highlights local factors and the relations between the central and local authorities as reflected in this historical process.
