摘 要:文章致力于探究数字经济背景下,促进常州新能源产业供应链与资金链深度融合的路径与策略。研究过程采用案例法、访谈法和统计法等多种手段,深入分析常州市新能源行业资本市场现状及政策实施情况。通过常州市统计局获取的新能源产业经济数据,结合产业上下游资金现状,对产业链中的核心企业与小微企业进行了细致调研。文章不仅识别了新能源产业供应链和资金链融合过程中的问题及其原因,还特别关注了数字技术在提升供应链稳定性和资金链流动性中的应用,如通过大数据分析优化供应链效率、利用云计算提升资金流转透明度等。最终,文章提出了一系列基于数字技术的新能源产业支持措施,旨在利用数字经济赋能常州新能源产业供应链与资金链的深度融合,推动产业高质量发展和转型升级。This paper is dedicated to exploring the pathways and strategies that promote the deep integration of the sup-ply chain and capital chain in Changzhou’s new energy industry within the context of the digital economy.The re-search employs a variety of methods,including case study,interviews,and statistical analysis,to thoroughly examine the current state of the capital market and policy implementation in the new energy sector of Changzhou.Utilizing eco-nomic data obtained from the Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics,combined with the financial status of the in-dustry’s upstream and downstream,the paper conducts a detailed survey of core enterprises and small and micro enter-prises within the industry chain.The article not only identifies issues and their causes in the integration process of the new energy industry’s supply and capital chains but also pays special attention to the application of digital technology in enhancing supply chain stability and capital chain liquidity.For instance,it discusses the optimization of supply chain efficiency through big data analysis and the enhancement of capital flow transparency using cloud computing.Ul-timately,the paper proposes a series of digital technology-based support measures for the new energy industry,aiming to leverage the digital economy to empower the deep integration of the supply and capital chains in Changzhou’s new energy industry,thereby promoting high-quality development and transformational upgrading of the industry.
