摘　　要：本文研究了直冷板出口增设节流装置对汽车热管理系统性能的优化效果及其作用机制.通过实验数据分析,证实在直冷板后增设节流装置能独立控制空调冷却和电池冷却的蒸发压力,满足不同温度需求.合理选择节流孔径对于提升电池冷却效率和均匀性具有重要意义.并提取关键参数用于节流管径选型参考依据,为行业提供了实用的优化策略.This paper investigates the effects and mechanisms of adding a restrictor to the outlet of a straight plate heat exchanger on the performance of an automobile thermal management system.Experimental data analysis shows that adding a restrictor can independently control the evaporating pressure of air conditioning and battery cooling,meeting different temperature requirements.
