摘 要:本文提出了一种内啮合多齿接触齿轮的设计和制造方法,该齿轮接触区位于节圆以上的齿顶部分,同时接触的齿数可达7个以上.根据微分几何学和齿轮啮合原理,建立了内啮合多齿接触齿轮齿廓曲线方程;根据阿基米德螺旋面理论,建立了外齿轮滚刀设计方法;基于展成加工原理,建立了内齿轮插齿刀设计方法;对滚齿和插齿加工进行了仿真,验证了刀具设计和加工方法的正确性;进一步完成刀具和齿轮样件的加工,并对齿轮样件进行了检测;通过对比理论齿廓和样件齿廓验证了齿轮设计的正确性和可加工性,为内啮合多齿接触齿轮走向工程应用奠定理论基础.This article proposes a design and manufacturing method for internal meshing gears,the contact areas of the gears are located at the tooth tip above the pitch circle,the number of teeth in contact at the same time can reach 7 or more.Based on differential geometry and gear meshing principles,the equation for the tooth profile curves of the internal meshing gears are established;Based on Archimedes'theory of helical surfaces,a design method for external gear rolling cutters been established;Based on the principle of generating machining,a design method for internal gear hobbing cutters been established;Simulations were conducted on gear rolling and gear hobbing to verify the correctness of tool design and machining methods;Furthermore,the cutters and gear samples were manufactured;By comparing the theoretical tooth profile with the sample tooth profile obtained through measurement,the correctness and machinability of the gear were verified,laying a theoretical foundation for the engineering application.
