非遗文化价值与旅游经济发展的耦合协调测度研究:以江苏省为例

摘　　要：非遗与旅游的融合能够凸显文化价值,优化旅游体验,对于促进非遗保护传承和旅游消费升级具有重要意义。本研究构建非遗文化价值与旅游经济发展水平的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型、Dagum基尼系数法、空间计量模型等工具,揭示江苏省非遗文化价值与旅游经济耦合协调度的时空演变轨迹及其影响因素。第一,江苏省非遗文化价值水平和旅游经济发展水平均呈波动上升趋势,增幅相对较小;非遗文化价值与旅游经济的耦合度始终处于较高水平,但两者的耦合协调度呈波动下降趋势,处于濒临失调状态,空间分布上呈现“南高北低”的特点。第二,江苏省各市非遗文化价值与旅游经济耦合协调度存在显著的空间异质性,且差异随时间推移呈扩大趋势,区域间差异构成其空间异质性的主要来源;苏北地区的区域内差异和区域间差异都更明显。第三,江苏省各市非遗文化价值与旅游经济耦合协调度存在显著的空间集聚效应;局部自相关格局随时间推移变化不大,其中高值集聚区以苏南城市为主,低值集聚区以苏北城市为主,低值被高值包围区新增镇江,高值被低值包围区保持不变。第四,市场规模、资源数量、吸引力水平及人力资源都对非遗文化价值与旅游经济耦合协调度产生显著的正向影响,而政府过度干预会对耦合协调度造成负向抑制作用。This study develops an evaluation index system for the cultural value of intangible cultural heritage(ICH) and tourism economy levels.Using tools like the coupling coordination model,Dagum's Gini coefficient,and spatial econometric models,it examines the spatiotemporal evolution and influencing factors of the coupling coordination between ICH value and tourism economy in Jiangsu Province.Key findings include:1) Both ICH value and tourism economy levels show fluctuating growth,with a consistently high coupling degree but a declining coordination trend.Spatially,values are higher in the south than in the north.2) Coupling coordination shows significant spatial heterogeneity,with disparities widening over time.3) A spatial agglomeration effect exists in the coupling coordination degree.4) Factors such as market size,resource availability,attraction levels,and human resources positively impact coupling coordination,while excessive government intervention has a negative effect.
