摘  要:采用三阶段分析法分析了受邻近开挖影响的浅基础砌体结构,通过数值模拟技术预测了结构变形和损伤风险。研究基于地基结构模型、荷载结构模型和分离式砌体模型逐步精细化分析,评估基坑施工对邻近建筑物的影响。裂缝宽度和主应变作为损伤评价指标,依据BRE和Son方法将损伤等级划分为5个等级。依托工程中3号居民楼距基坑分析,结果表明,基坑开挖导致邻近建筑物产生附加应力和变形,影响其安全性和稳定性。研究结果为工程实践提供了科学依据,有助于评估既有建筑物在类似工程中的变形和损伤风险。The paper analyzes shallow masonry structure affected by adjacent excavation by applying three-stage analysis method,and predicts the structure deformation and damage risks with numerical simulation technology.Based on the foundation structure model,load structure model and separated masonry model,it evaluates the impact of the foundation construction upon adjacent buildings.The crack width and principal strain are used as the major damage evaluation indexes,the damage grade is divided into 5 grades according to BRE and Son methods.Taking the foundation analysis of the residential building No.3 in the project as an example,the results show that the foundation excavation will lead to additional stress and deformation of adjacent buildings,which will influence their safety and stability.The research results provide as scientific basis for engineering practice and help to evaluate the existing building deformation and damage risks in similar project.
