摘　　要：针对城市面临雨水排水不畅、径流污染、内涝灾害频繁发生的情况,结合某工业项目,提出了海绵城市的理念,并对各汇水分区的现状、技术适应性及布局、径流组织做了深入分析,介绍了海绵城市的设施布局及措施,实践证明,海绵城市的应用实现了源头雨水尽可能的在厂区内消纳,减少外排的效果。In face of poor rainwater drainage,runoff pollution and frequent waterlogging disasters in cities,combining with the industrial project,the paper puts forward the concept of sponge city,analyzes each catchment area status,technical adaptability,layout and runoff organization,and then introduces facilities layout and measures of sponge city.Practice proves that:the application of sponge city guarantees the source rainwater can be absorbed in the factory as much as possible and reduce the effusion as well.
