AI(Artificial Intelligence)technology is widely used in the field of construction safety management,in order to improve construction efficiency and reduce the safety risk has shown significant advantages. But there is no denying that the rapid development of AI technology is accompanied by a series of ethical challenges, directly related to the protection of workers’rights and interests, data privacy security, the fairness of algorithm decision-making and the clarity of responsibility.By identifying the ethical risks that may be caused by AI technology in Construction Safety Management, this paper puts forward the corresponding ethical principles and countermeasures, and emphasizes the importance of establishing a highly transparent and interpretable AI system,it advocates respect and protection of personal privacy, data security, enhanced transparency of algorithmic decision-making,and clear accountability mechanisms in the application of AI technology,in order to promote the healthy development of AI technology in the field of construction safety management,in order to build a construction safety management environment that not only promotes the development of technology but also maintains the ethical value.
