摘　　要：2024年,国际人类和动物真菌学会(ISHAM)的变应性支气管肺曲霉病(ABPA)专家工作组对2013年提出的ABPA诊断治疗指南进行了全面的修订。此次修订明确了变应性支气管肺曲霉病/真菌病的定义、检验检查、诊断标准、临床及影像学分型,并详细阐述了相应的治疗方法。新指南显著增强了变应性支气管肺曲霉病/真菌病诊断方面的敏感性,同时简化了其临床与影像学分型,使之更加易于理解和应用。新指南还根据临床分型提出了针对性的治疗原则,为临床医师提供了更为明确和实用的指导。该文就《ISHAM-ABPA专家工作组对变应性支气管肺曲霉病/真菌病诊断、分类及治疗临床实践指南的修订》进行深入解读,以期为相关领域的研究者和临床医师提供参考和借鉴。In 2024,the Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis(ABPA)Working Group(AWG)of the International Society for Human and Animal Mycology(ISHAM)conducted a comprehensive revision of the diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines for ABPA proposed in 2013.This revision clarifies the definition,laboratory tests,diagnostic criteria,clinical and imaging classifications of ABPA/mycosis(M),and elaborates on the corresponding treatment methods.The new guidelines significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity of ABPA/M and simplify the clinical and imaging classifications of ABPA/M,making the diagnosis of ABPA/M easier to understand and apply.The new guidelines also propose targeted treatment principles based on clinical classifications,providing more clear and practical guidance for clinicians.In this paper,Revised ISHAM-ABPA Working Group Clinical Practice Guidelines for Diagnosing,Classifying and Treating Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis/Mycoses is interpreted in depth,aiming to provide reference and guidance for researchers and clinicians in related fields.
