摘 要:固体推进剂在燃烧过程中产生的铝(Al)粉团聚现象会导致燃烧性能的损失。为了减少Al粉团聚现象和提高燃烧性能,常见的方式是利用Al合金材料代替单质Al粉。文章综述了铝锂合金材料(Al-Li)在固体推进剂中的应用进展,主要包括Al-Li合金的外貌特征、热力学性能、燃烧机理以及点火特性。结果表明,将Li元素引入单质Al粉中,能显著促进氧气在推进剂中的渗透率与反应活性,从而诱导微爆效应与分散沸腾现象,进而极大地丰富燃烧行为的多样性。Al-Li合金在固体推进剂的应用不仅能优化热方向过程和提高点火燃烧的稳定性,还能改善氧化产物的特性和增加推进剂的燃烧性能。为了Al-Li合金在固体推进剂中的更好应用,还需深入研究团聚体尺寸与燃烧压力之间的相互作用机制,以及增强Al-Li合金颗粒的稳定性和相容性。The agglomeration of aluminum(Al)during the combustion of solid propellant can result in the loss of combustion performance.To mitigate this issue and improve combustion performance,a common approach is to utilize aluminum alloy materials as alternative to metal Al.The advancements in applying aluminum-lithium alloy materials(Al-Li)in solid propellants were reviewed,encompassing their physical characteristics,thermodynamic properties,combustion mechanisms,and ignition behaviors.Relevant research has found that the introduction of Li into metal Al significantly enhances the permeability of oxygen within the propellant and the reactivity of oxidation reactions,thereby inducing micro-explosion effects and dispersed boiling phenomena,which greatly enrich the combustion behavior.The application of Al-Li in solid propellants not only optimizes the thermal reaction process and improves the stability of ignition and combustion but also modifies the characteristics of oxidation products and enhances the combustion performance of the propellant.However,for better application of Al-Li in solid propellants,further research is needed to investigate the interaction mechanism between agglomerate size and combustion pressure,as well as to enhance the stability and compatibility of Al-Li particles.
