摘 要:为了揭示碳纳米管(CNTs)增强三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝热材料(CNTs-EPDM)的烧蚀特性以及CNTs对EPDM抗粒子冲刷性能的影响机制,采用粒子冲刷烧蚀发动机构建了高温高速粒子冲刷烧蚀环境,测试了CNTs-EPDM的抗粒子冲刷性能;采用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察CNTs-EPDM的烧蚀炭化层形貌,分析了微观尺度下CNTs对炭化层特性、炭化层内热化学消耗、气相沉积等的影响。结果表明,高温高速粒子射流冲刷烧蚀环境下,CNTs对炭化层力学性能的增强发挥主导作用,即相对于EPDM基础配方,CNTs-EPDM配方的炭化层展示出优异的抗压缩性能,帮助其更好地抵挡高温高速粒子射流的冲刷,由此增强了CNTs-EPDM的抗烧蚀性能,其炭化速率比基础配方下降了68.1%。In order to reveal the ablation characteristics of CNTs-enhanced EPDM insulation materials(CNTs-EPDM)and the influence mechanism of CNTs on the particle erosion resistance of EPDM insulation materials,a high-temperature and high-speed particle scouring ablation environment was constructed by using a particle scouring ablation motor,and the anti-particle scouring performance of CNTs-EPDM was tested.The morphology of the ablative CNTs-EPDM carbonized layer was observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The effects of CNTs on the characteristics of the EPDM carbonized layer,the thermal chemical consumption in the EPDM carbonized layer,and the vapor deposition were analyzed.The results show that CNTs play a leading role in enhancing the mechanical properties of the EPDM carbonized layer under the erosion and ablation environment of high-temperature and high-speed particle jet.That is to say,compared with the basic formula of EPDM,the carbonized layer of CNTs-EPDM formula shows excellent compression resistance,which helps it better resist the erosion of high-temperature and high-speed particle jet,thus enhancing the ablation resistance of CNTs-EPDM,and its carbonization rate is 68.1%lower than that of the basic formula.
