摘 要:对于终末期肾病患者来说,腹膜透析是一种有效的治疗方法。长期进行腹膜透析容易引起腹膜炎症、新生血管生成以及腹膜纤维化,这些问题最终会导致腹膜透析治疗中断。近期有许多研究发现,内质网应激与腹膜透析相关性并发症之间存在密切联系,该文就近年来国内外学者对内质网应激在腹膜透析中的研究进展进行总结,主要从内质网应激通过三大经典信号通路诱导的细胞死亡、炎症信号传导及上皮间充质转化等方面进行梳理,旨在为腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎及腹膜纤维化的防治提供新的思路和方向。Peritoneal dialysis is an effective renal replacement therapy for the treatment of end-stage renal disease.Prolonged peritoneal dialysis is prone to peritoneal inflammation,neoangiogenesis,and fibrosis,ultimately leading to interruption of peritoneal dialysis treatment.Recent studies have found that endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress is closely related to peritoneal dialysis-associated complications.This article summarized the research progress of ER stress in peritoneal dialysis at home and abroad in re-cent years,mainly from the aspects of cell death,inflammatory signal transduction and epithelial-mesenchymal transition induced by ER stress through three classic signaling pathways,aiming to provide new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis and peri-toneal fibrosis.
