摘　　要：移植物抗宿主病(graft-versus-host disease,GVHD)是来源于供者的移植物针对受者组织发生的免疫排斥反应,是异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,Allo-HSCT)后的主要并发症之一。由于其机制复杂、个体差异大、临床表现多样、严重危害患者预后,所以早期诊断与正确干预对患者的转归极为重要。
