摘 要:为解决尾矿堆积对承德地区自然生态带来的问题,使用承德地区的钒钛磁铁矿尾矿、钼尾矿、磁铁矿尾矿和萤石尾矿替代天然砂,探讨不同掺量的聚羧酸减水剂对尾矿基砂浆性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂可以增加砂浆的表观密度;随着掺量的增加,4种尾矿基砂浆的保水率、抗折强度和抗压强度均先升后降;优化后的钒钛磁铁矿尾矿砂浆、钼尾矿砂浆、磁铁矿尾矿砂浆、萤石尾矿砂浆,掺加减水剂最佳质量比分别为0.4%、0.4%、0.3%、0.2%。In order to solve the problems caused by tailings accumulation on the natural ecology of Chengde area,vanadium titanomagnetite tailings,molybdenum tailings,magnetite tailings and fluorite tailings from Chengde area were used to replace natural sand,and the influence of different dosages of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the properties of tailings-based mortar was studied.The experimental results indicate that polycarboxylate superplasticizer can increase the apparent density of mortar.As the dosage increases,the water retention rate,flexural strength,and compressive strength of the four types of tailings-based mortar first increase and then decrease.The optimized vanadium titanium magnetite tailings mortar,molybdenum tailings mortar,magnetite tailings mortar,and fluorite tailings mortar have optimal mass ratios of 0.4%,0.4%,0.3%,and 0.2%,respectively,with the addition of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
