摘  要:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为聚合物基体,以氯化铵(NH_(4)Cl)为电解质主要成分,添加ZnCl_(2)、KI、KCl、KOH制备了3种中性凝胶电解质PVA-NH_(4)Cl-ZnCl_(2)、PVA-NH_(4)Cl-KI、PVA-NH_(4)Cl-KCl和碱性凝胶电解质PVA-KOH,分析了中性、碱性凝胶电解质的傅里叶红外光谱、电化学性能、保水性能和拉伸性能。结果表明:中性凝胶电解质及其组装的锌空气电池自放电性能、放电时长、比容量以及循环时长优于碱性凝胶电解质及其组装的电池;中性凝胶电解质PVA-NH_(4)Cl-KCl及其组装的电池性能最优,电解质抗拉强度可达101.40kPa,伸长率为196.43%,组装的锌空气电池比容量为793.40mAh/g,最大功率密度为1.38mW/cm^(2)。Three neutral gel electrolytes,PVA-NH_(4)Cl-ZnCl_(2),PVA-NH_(4)Cl-KI and PVA-NH_(4)Cl-KCl,as well as an alkaline gel electrolyte,PVA-KOH,were prepared using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the polymer matrix,NH_(4)Cl as the main component of electrolyte,and ZnCl_(2),KI,KCl and KOH as additives.The Fourier infrared spectra,electrochemical properties,water retention and tensile properties of the neutral and alkaline gel electrolytes were analyzed.The results showed that the self-discharge performance,discharge duration,specific capacity and cycle time of the neutral gel electrolytes and their assembled zinc air batteries were better than those of the alkaline gel electrolyte and its assembled battery.The neutral gel electrolyte PVA-NH_(4)Cl-KCl and its assembled battery had the best performance,with a tensile strength of 101.40kPa and an elongation of 196.43%.The specific capacity of the assembled zinc-air battery was 793.40mAh/g,and the maximum power density was 1.38mW/cm^(2).
