摘 要:为了解决化工企业在安全风险评估过程中的主观性与不确定性,拟采用三角模糊数代替1~9标度,以削弱层次分析法中因专家打分导致主观性较强的问题,云模型在处理定性与定量关系之间的模糊性与不确定性方面具有优势,利用MATLAB绘制等级云图和综合云图,直观反映出化工企业安全风险评估等级的模糊隶属情况。以某化工企业制冷站为例,通过详细的风险评估,识别出主要的安全风险因素,包括设备老化、人员操作失误和应急响应不足等。评估结果显示,该制冷站的安全风险等级为Ⅱ级,表明存在一定的潜在安全隐患,但总体风险较低。基于此,建议企业加强设备维护管理、岗位培训,并定期开展应急演练,以进一步降低安全风险,为企业安全生产提供有针对性的改进方向。In order to solve the subjectivity and uncertainty in the process of safety risk assessment of chemical enterprises,it is proposed to use triangular fuzzy numbers instead of 1~9 scales effectively to weaken the subjective problem caused by expert scoring in analytic hierarchy process.Cloud model has advantages in dealing with fuzziness and uncertainty between qualitative and quantitative relations.Using MATLAB to draw grade nephogram and comprehensive nephogram can directly reflect the fuzzy membership of safety risk assessment grades of chemical enterprises.Taking the refrigeration station of a certain chemical enterprise as an example,through detailed risk assessment,the main safety risk factors were identified,including equipment aging,personnel operation errors,and insufficient emergency response.The evaluation results showed that the safety risk level of the refrigeration station is level II,indicating the existence of certain potential safety hazards,but the overall risk is relatively low.Based on this,it is recommended that enterprises strengthen equipment maintenance management,job training,and regularly conduct emergency drills to further reduce safety risks and provide targeted improvement directions for enterprise safety production.
