摘  要:通过设计22组防火封堵性能试验,研究不同电缆敷设情况对防火封堵材料密烟性能的影响,填补了前人关于材料烟气阻隔性能分析的空白,并讨论了不同场所防堵材料的选择方案。结果表明:孔口尺寸对防火封堵性能影响显著,大尺寸孔口导致受火侧温度和CO浓度升高,建议尽量缩小孔口;4种封堵材料耐火性能排序为SSS防火密封胶、有机防火胶泥、SSM阻火灰泥和国际弹性密封胶;电力火灾条件下封堵构件温度和烟气浓度更高,需加强防护;穿管条件改善了耐火性能,尤其是铁管穿管效果显著,尽管增加预算和施工难度,但建议合理使用以提升防火效果。Through the design of 22 groups of fireproof sealing performance tests,the influence of different cable laying conditions on the dense smoke performance of fireproof sealing materials was studied,which filled the blank of previous analysis on the smoke barrier performance of materials,and discussed the selection of anti-blocking materials in different places.The results showed that the orifice size has a significant effect on the fireproof sealing performance.The large orifice leads to the increase of temperature and CO concentration on the fire side,so it is recommended to reduce the orifice as much as possible.The fire resistance of the four kinds of sealing materials is ranked as SSS fire-proof sealant,organic fire-proof mortar,SSM fire-proof mortar and international elastic sealant.Under the condition of electric power fire,the temperature and smoke concentration of the sealing member are higher,and the protection needs to be strengthened.The pipe-through condition improves the fire resistance,especially the pipe-through effect of iron pipe is remarkable.Although the budget and construction difficulty are increased,it is recommended to use it reasonably to improve the fire prevention effect.
