摘 要:为应对超大航船的火灾紧急情况,提出一种面向船闸防火的水力自摆消防炮台的灭火防控技术方案,以三峡船闸南、北两线实际工程环境为背景,通过Matlab模拟仿真,构建消防炮射流轨迹模型,揭示俯仰角、流速对消防水炮的射流轨迹的影响规律,开展消防水泡实际喷射试验,拟合比较理论模型与试验数据,研究消防水炮射流落点与俯仰角、流速之间的关系。结果表明:在DN100炮体工况条件下,可实现低压力(0.8 MPa)下的远距离水炮喷射,有效射程可达70 m,俯仰角度和出口流速的增加均可使消防水炮的有效喷射距离增加,但在俯仰角超过30°之后,水平有效射程降低。In order to cope with the fire emergency of super-large sailing ships,a fire-fighting prevention and control technology scheme of hydraulic self-swinging fire battery for lock fire protection was proposed.Taking the actual engineering environment of the south and north lines of the Three Gorges locks as the background,the fire cannon jet trajectory model was constructed through Matlab simulation,and the influence laws of pitch angle and flow velocity on the jet trajectory of the fire water monitor was revealed.The actual fire-fighting water bubble jet was carried out,and the theoretical model and test data were fitted and compared to study the relationship between the jet falling point of fire water cannon and the pitch angle and flow velocity.The results showed that:under the working condition of DN100 gun body,the long-distance water cannon jet under low pressure(0.8Mpa)can be realized,and the effective range can be up to 70m,and the increase of the pitch angle and the outlet flow rate can make the effective jetting distance of the fire water cannon increase,but after the pitch angle is more than 30°,the horizontal effective range decreases.
