摘  要:为从多角度、多层次准确高效地评估自动化立体仓库运营绩效,构建自动化立体仓库绩效评价指标体系。从作业能力与效率、资源利用率、作业稳定性、经济环保与安全4个评价维度,设计10项核心绩效指标,以6座自动化立体仓库为评价对象收集运营数据。运用G1法结合熵权法(EWM)计算各评价指标权重,使用逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法进行自动化立体仓库绩效综合评价与排序。分析各项指标数据特征与绩效综合评价贡献度,基于各评价维度与综合评价值分析立库运营绩效水平与影响因素。研究表明:评价结果符合管理者运营战略倾向,达成绩效评价目标,验证了评价方法的有效性。To evaluate the operational performance of automated warehouses accurately and efficiently from multiple perspectives and levels,an automated warehouse performance evaluation index system was constructed.From the four evaluation dimensions of operating capacity&efficiency,resource utilization,operating stability,and economic&safety&environmental protection,10 core performance indicators were selected.Operational data were collected using 6 automated warehouses as the evaluation objects.The G1-EWM method was used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index.The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)was used for comprehensive evaluation and ranking of automated warehouse performance.The data characteristics of each indicator and the contribution of comprehensive performance evaluation was analyzed.The operational performance level and influencing factors of automated warehouses were analyzed based on each evaluation dimension and comprehensive evaluation value.The research showed that the evaluation results conform to the managers′operational strategic tendencies,achieved the goal of performance evaluation,and verified the effectiveness of the evaluation method.
