摘  要:变频器因其“可调频率和可调电压”的特点,在工业领域中广泛应用,通过调速运行可显著降低电机能耗,特别在低负荷条件下,节能效果尤为突出,同时还能降低运行电压与转速,减少机械磨损并延长设备使用寿命。然而,早期变频器因设计逻辑、制造工艺等方面的不足,运行中易出现误报故障和停机问题,对生产装置的连续性和安全性构成威胁。本文以某石化企业CFB锅炉一次风机变频器为案例,分析了变频器故障的主要原因,提出了系统改造方案,包括优化主回路设计、改进工变频切换逻辑、增强故障自动复位功能等措施。改造后,设备的运行稳定性和节能效果显著提升,故障率降低,运行稳定率提升。本文总结的技术经验为提高变频器运行可靠性提供了实践参考,同时为行业节能减排目标的实现提供了支持。Frequency converters,characterized by their“adjustable frequency and adjustable voltage”features,are widely applied in industrial fields.Through variable speed operation,they can significantly reduce motor energy consumption,particularly under low-load conditions,where the energy-saving effects are especially pronounced.Additionally,they help lower operating voltage and speed,reducing mechanical wear and extending equipment lifespan.However,early frequency converters often suffered from deficiencies in design logic and manufacturing processes,leading to frequent fault misreporting and shutdowns,which threatened the continuity and safety of production systems.This paper presents a case study of a frequency converter used for the primary fan of a CFB boiler in a petrochemical enterprise,analyzing the primary causes of converter failures and proposing a systematic retrofit plan.The plan includes optimizing the main circuit design,improving the switching logic between power-frequency and variable-frequency modes,and enhancing the fault auto-reset function.Following the retrofit,the equipment demonstrated significantly improved operational stability and energy efficiency,with reduced fault rates and increased operational stability.The technical insights summarized in this paper provide practical references for enhancing the reliability of frequency converters and contribute to achieving energy-saving and emission reduction goals in the industry.
