摘　　要：本文结合液化天然气(LNG)混合冷剂压缩机的生产过程,探讨了高压大功率变频器在节能、改善生产工艺,提高生产效率等方面所起的重要作用,并结合变频器新开发的机械旁路功能,调试中遇到的共振问题等,探讨了变频器在该生产中的应用效果。This article combines the production process of liquefied natural gas(LNG)mixed refrigerant compressors to explore the important role of high-pressure high-power frequency converters in energy conservation,improved production processes,and increased production efficiency.Combined with the newly developed mechanical bypass function of frequency converters and resonance problems encountered during debugging,the application effect of frequency converters in this production is discussed.
