摘　　要：西门子GH180高压变频器在节能降耗、提高风机、水泵功率因数等方面具有很好的表现,目前我公司内部10KV高压电机使用该类产品数量在100多套,覆盖水泥生产线,烧结生产线、炼铁生产线、轧钢生产线。在除尘风机、窑头排风机、窑尾排风机、煤磨循环风机、生料磨排风机、水泥磨风机、高压水泵等设备上广泛应用,开展高压变频深度维护工作,诊断其性能,做一些预防性工作,可有效提高设备运行稳定性,保生产设备稳定,提产增效。Siemens GH18o high voltage inverter has a good performance in saving energy and reducing consumption,improving the power factor of fans and water pumps,etc.At present,the number of 1okV high voltage motors used in our company is more than 1oo sets,covering cement production line,sintering production line,iron production line,steel rolling production line.Widely used in dust removal fan,kiln head exhaust fan,kiln tail exhaust fan,coal mill circulation fan,raw material mill exhaust fan,cement mill fan,high pressure water pump and other equipment,carry out high voltage frequency conversion deep maintenance work,diagnose its performance,do some preventive work,can effectively improve the stability of equipment operation,ensure the stability of production equipment,increase production efficiency.
