摘  要:钢铁工业作为国民经济的支柱产业,同时面临着高碳排放量的挑战。本文通过总结钢铁行业的碳排放现状,分析不同钢铁制造流程特点以及不同流程下的碳排放强度;介绍欧盟的ULCOS、日本的COURSE 50、韩国的POSCO等低碳冶金项目及其开发和应用的新技术,着重对比分析主要的CO_(2)捕集技术的原理、优缺点以及CO_(2)在钢铁冶炼全流程工序中的应用,证实CO_(2)在钢铁冶炼全流程中的应用效果和潜力;详细阐述CO_(2)在烧结机、高炉、电弧炉、转炉以及精炼和连铸等环节中的应用研究进展,从热力学和动力学角度分析CO_(2)在炼钢温度下的性质,指出CO_(2)可以作为氧化剂参与炼钢过程,并具有降低碳排放、提高钢水质量等优势。CO_(2)捕集及其资源化利用对于钢铁工业绿色低碳生产具有重要意义。未来应进一步研究CO_(2)的捕集和利用技术,推动其在钢铁冶炼全流程中应用,以实现钢铁行业的可持续发展。As a pillar industry of the national economy,the steel industry is facing the challenge of high carbon emissions.The current situation of carbon emissions in the steel industry is summarized,the characteristics of different steel manufacturing processes and the carbon emission intensity under different processes are analyzed;low-carbon metallurgical projects such as ULCOS in the European Union,COURSE 50 in Japan,POSCO in South Korea are introduced,the principles,advantages and disadvantages of the main CO_(2)capture technologies and the application of CO_(2)in the whole process of iron and steel smelting are comparatively analyzed in detail,and the application effect and potential of CO_(2)in the whole process of steel smelting are confirmed;the research progress of the application of CO_(2)in sinterstrand,blast furnace,electric arc furnace,converter,refining and continuous casting are elaborated,the properties of CO_(2)at steelmaking temperature are analyzed from the perspective of thermodynamics and kinetics,and it is pointed out that CO_(2)can be used as an oxidant in the steelmaking process,and it has the advantages of reducing carbon emissions and improving the quality of molten steel.CO_(2)capture and its resource utilization are of great significance for the green and low-carbon production of the steel industry,and the capture and utilization technology of CO_(2)should be further studied in the future,and its application in the whole process of steel smelting should be promoted to achieve the sustainable development of the steel industry.
