摘 要:以CuO-CeO_(2)为活性组分、莫来石为载体,采用浸渍法制备Cu-Ce整体式催化剂用于实际烧结烟气的CO催化氧化。在不同制备方式及反应条件下对催化性能进行测试,当活性组分同时浸渍,浸渍液浓度为2 mol/L,反应条件为180℃、4500 h^(-1)时,CO的转化率达93%;经过200 h催化后,催化效率仍可超过90%。在180℃的反应温度下,催化剂在含SO_(2)和H_(2)O条件下表现出不同的稳定性,H_(2)O和SO_(2)能够明显抑制催化剂的催化性能,且SO_(2)的抑制效果更明显。通入H_(2)O会覆盖催化剂表面的活性位点,抑制CO和O_(2)的吸附,导致催化效率降低。SO_(2)的引入导致催化剂表面积累了SO_(4)^(2-)物种,从而抑制CO催化氧化,导致催化剂不可逆失活。同时,批量制备1 m^(3)整体式催化剂用于烧结烟气CO净化中试试验,在持续720 h的中试试验中,进口烟气温度约为200~220℃,平均出口烟气温度约为240℃,CO催化效率大于70%(平均为73%),出口CO质量浓度约为1700 mg/m^(3)。CuO-CeO_(2)is taken as the active component and mullite as the carrier,the Cu-Ce monolithic catalyst is prepared by impregnation method for CO catalytic oxidation of actual sintering gas.The catalytic performance is tested under different preparation methods and reaction conditions,and the conversion rate of CO reaches 93%when the active components are impregnated at the same time,the impregnation solution concentration is 2 mol/L,and the reaction conditions are 180℃and 4500 h^(-1).After 200 h of catalysis,the catalytic efficiency can still reach more than 90%.At the reaction temperature of 180℃,the catalyst exhibits different stability under the conditions of SO_(2)and H_(2)O,and H_(2)O and SO_(2)could significantly inhibit the catalytic performance of the catalyst,and the inhibition effect of SO_(2)is more obvious.The introduction of H_(2)O covers the active site on the surface of the catalyst,inhibiting the adsorption of CO and O_(2),resulting in a decrease in catalytic efficiency.The introduction of SO_(2)leads to the accumulation of SO_(4)^(2-)species on the surface of the catalyst,thereby inhibiting the catalytic oxidation of CO,resulting in irreversible inactivation of the catalyst.At the same time,a batch of 1 m^(3)monolithic catalyst is prepared for the pilot test of CO purification of sintering gas.In the pilot test lasting 720 h,the temperature of the imported gas is about 200~220℃,the average gas temperature of the outlet is about 240℃,the CO catalytic efficiency is greater than 70%(the average is 73%),and the mass concentration of CO at the outlet is about 1700 mg/m^(3).
