摘  要:分层错流活性炭法将吸附塔床层分为前、中、后三层,通过控制不同床层的下料速度减少HCl的富集,消除高浓度SO_(2)的吸附热效益,具备较好的稳定性,且烟气适应能力强。本文针对某钢铁企业265 m^(2)烧结机活性炭烟气净化系统,介绍高含硫量、高粉尘质量浓度烧结烟气超低排放运行情况,详细分析实际运行过程中采用新型单控循环输送模式的运行优势,并提出对风筛进行优化设计以及应用重力除尘器等改进措施。结果表明:新型单控循环模式在保证硫硝脱除效率的同时,还具有粉尘排放量更低、HCl浓度降低、脱硝副反应减少、氨水消耗量降低、活性炭总体循环量减少等优点;优化设计后的风筛,使得内部流场的均匀性、鼓风风量的利用效率均提高,可防止堵料,并大幅减少超细活性炭粉数量;增设重力除尘器后,活性炭的损耗量降低10%~20%。系统运行后,SO_(2)、NO_(x)质量浓度均低于超低排放限值,计算得到SO_(2)、NO_(x)脱除率分别达到99.7%~100.0%、82.5%~87.3%。The activated carbon method of layered cross-flow divides the adsorption tower bed into three layers:front,middle and back,which reduces the enrichment of HCl and eliminates the adsorption heat benefit of high concentration of SO_(2) by controlling the blanking speed of different beds,which has good stability and strong gas adaptability.Aiming at the activated carbon gas purification system of 265 m^(2) sinterstrand in an iron and steel enterprise,the ultra-low emission operation of sintering gas with high sulfur content and high dust mass concentration is introduced,and the operation advantages of the new single-control circulating conveying mode in the actual operation process are analyzed in detail,and the air screen is optimized and the improvement measures,such as the application of gravity dust collector,are introduced.The results show that the new single-control circulating mode not only ensures the removal efficiency of sulfur nitrate,but also has the advantages of lower dust emission,lower HCl concentration,reduced denitrification side reaction,lower ammonia consumption,and reduced overall circulating volume of activated carbon.After the optimized design of the air screen,the uniformity of the internal flow field and the utilization efficiency of the air volume of the blast air are improved,this can prevent material blockage and greatly reduce the number of ultra-fine activated carbon powder.After the addition of gravity dust collector,the loss of activated carbon is reduced by 10%~20%.After the operation of the system,the mass concentrations of SO_(2) and NO_(x)are lower than the ultra-low emission limit,and the calculated removal rate of SO_(2) and NO_(x)reaches 99.7%~100.0%and 82.5%~87.3%,respectively.
