基于AHP-TOPSIS的中小型抽水蓄能站点征地移民安置优选评价

摘  要:为从征地移民安置的角度对中小型抽水蓄能站点进行优选,以广东省内7个中小型抽水蓄能站点为样本,采用AHP-TOPSIS模型对其征地移民安置条件进行优选评价。结果表明:7个站点从优到劣排序的结果为大安站点>周田站点>太平站点>连麦站点>荃坑站点>英利站点>明湖站点,制约性因素如移民指标、基本农田指标、生态红线指标等为中小型抽水蓄能电站征地移民安置的首要影响因素。研究可为中小型抽水蓄能选点工作提供一定的借鉴参考。In order to select a suitable methods to optimize small and medium-sized pumped storage power station sites from the perspective of land acquisition and resettlement,7 small and medium-sized pumped storage power station sites in Guangdong Province were taken as samples,and the AHP-TOPSIS model was used to optimize and evaluate the resettlement conditions of their land expropriation.The results showed that the ranking results of 7 sites from best to worst were Da′an site>Zhoutian Site>Taiping site>Lianmai site>Quankeng site>Yingli Site>Minghu site.The constraint factors,such as immigration,basic farmland,ecological red line,etc.,were the primary factors affecting the land acquisition and resettlement of small and medium-sized pumped storage power stations.This study can provide a reference for the selection of small and medium-sized pumped storage.
