高危药物流产即时使用COC的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察即时使用复方短效口服避孕药(COC)对高危人群药物流产的效果。方法选择2023年5~12月在我院进行药物流产的高危流产患者61例,根据药物流产后是否使用COC进行分组,以使用COC的32例患者为观察组,未使用COC的29例患者为对照组。观察两组患者流产后阴道出血量、阴道出血时间、半个月宫内残留率、月经恢复时间、流产成功率。结果观察组的阴道出血量、阴道出血时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者半个月宫内残留率比较,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的流产成功率比较,观察组为84.38%,对照组为58.62%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的月经恢复时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高危人群在药物流产后立即使用COC可缩短阴道出血时间、减少阴道出血量,提高流产成功率,改善高危人群药物流产结局,保护女性生殖健康,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the effect of immediate use of combination oral contraception(COC)on medical abortion in high-risk groups.Methods Select 61 cases of high-risk abortion patients with medical abortion in our hospital from May 2023 to December 2023,according to whether COC after abortion is divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(29 cases),observe the volume of vaginal bleeding,vaginal bleeding time,intrauterine residual rate in half a month,menstrual recovery time,and complete abortion rate.Results The vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume in the observation group were less than the control group,and the two groups were statistically different(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the two groups;the observation group was 84.4%and 58.6%(P<0.05);and the observation group was significantly less than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The immediate use of COC in high-risk groups can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the volume of vaginal bleeding,improve the rate of complete abortion,significantly improve the outcome of medical abortion in high-risk groups,and well protect female fertility,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
