摘 要:采取全境踏查的样线调查法、问卷调查法、红外相机定位监测法、远红外无人机热感成像调查法与影像拍摄记录调查法等方法,对牛背梁保护区及其周边地区羚牛种群数量与分布现状等进行调查研究。结果显示,羚牛种群实体数量71头,分布密度为0.43头/km^(2)。根据样线上所遇见的羚牛实体数量,及痕迹数量的综合推算,牛背梁保护区羚牛种群的间接数量为292~346头,平均数量为319头,分布密度为1.78~2.11头/km^(2),平均分布密度为1.94头/km^(2)。A comprehensive survey was conducted to assess thepopulation size and distribution patterns of takin(B.taxicolor)within the Niubeiliang National Nature Reserve and its surrounding regions.The survey used multiple methodologies,including the transect line method,questionnaire-based interviews,infrared camera trapping,far-infrared drone thermal imaging,and video monitoring.The results indicated that a total of 71 takins were directly observed,corresponding to a distribution density of 0.43 individuals per km 2.Based on encounters along transect lines and evidence such as takin tracks and other signs,the population was estimated to range from 292 to 346 individuals,with an average population size of 319.As a result,the distribution density was estimated to vary between 1.78 and 2.11 individuals per km 2,with an average density of 1.94 takins per km 2.
