摘  要:为评估房车车身的疲劳寿命,首先通过Hyper Mesh与ANSYS Workbench建立某型号房车的有限元模型,利用惯性释放法对车身进行静态单位力响应分析,然后通过ADAMS/Car建立整车多体动力学模型,进行整车各级路面仿真,获取悬架与车身连接处的时域载荷谱。最后通过Ncode输入获得的载荷谱时间序列进行车身疲劳寿命分析,试验结果验证了仿真分析结果的有效性。In order to evaluate the fatigue life of recreational vehicle body,the finite element model of a certain type of recreational vehicle is first established through Hyper Mesh and ANSYS Workbench,the static unit force response analysis of the body is analyzed by the inertia release method,and then the multi-body dynamic model of the whole vehicle is established through ADAMS/Car,and the road surface simulation at all levels of the vehicle is carried out,the time-domain load spectrum at the connection between the suspension and the body is obtained.Finally,the load spectrum time series obtained by Ncode input is used to analyze the fatigue life of the body,and the experimental results verify the validity of simulation analysis results.
