摘 要:当前,创新创业教育正全方位融入人才培养体系,高校高度重视创新创业教育,但也存在面向社会重大需求不足、无法解决行业产业关键需求等问题。为了最大限度破除掣肘因素,获得强大的持续性和整体性动力,高校需要秉持协同育人理念,在充分考虑创新过程高度动态性及创新创业教育要素交互关系的基础上,引入多元主体,优化组合创新创业人才培养过程中的各类资源,以求构建一个可持续发展的良性循环机制。文章基于协同学理论,以高校创新创业人才培养的多元主体为切入点,结合定性分析和定量研究,对人才培养必须实施协同育人的必要性、人才培养的多元主体及其要素、多元主体影响人才培养的具体效果和复杂路径进行系统研究。At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education is being integrated into the talent training system in an all-round way,and colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education,but this education is not adequately oriented to the major needs of the society and cannot solve the key problems of the industry.In order to break the constraints to the greatest extent and obtain a strong sustainable and holistic driving force,colleges and universities need to uphold the perspective of collaborative education,that is,on the basis of fully considering the high dynamics of the innovation process and the interaction between the elements of innovation and entrepreneurship education,introduce multiple subjects,and optimize the combination of various resources in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,so as to build a virtuous cycle mechanism for sustainable development.Based on the theory of synergy,this paper takes the multiple subjects of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training in colleges and universities as the starting point,combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative research,and systematically studies the necessity of collaborative talent training,the multiple subjects and their elements in talent training,and the specific effects and complex paths of multiple subjects affecting talent training.
