摘 要:长江经济带正式上升为国家战略后,改善能源现状以实现可持续发展已成为亟待解决的现实问题。以能源效率及其影响因素为核心,采用包含非期望产出的SBM-DEA模型对长江经济带的104个城市进行能源效率测算,并在此基础上应用空间计量模型对能源效率的影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示,长江经济带城市的能源效率与经济发展水平、产业结构和科研投入的提高呈正相关,与政府干预程度和资源禀赋丰裕度呈负相关。其中,经济发展及科研投入的增加是提高能源效率的重要因素。鉴于此,应从能源效率政策、科研投入、产业结构以及能源消费结构等方面着手提高长江经济带的能源效率。Since the Yangtze River Economic Belt was elevated to a national strategy,improving its energy status to achieve sustainable development has become an urgent practical problem to be solved.This study focuses on energy efficiency and its influencing factors,using the SBM-DEA model that includes unexpected outputs to measure energy efficiency of 104 cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Based on this,a spatial econometric model is applied to empirically study the factors that affect energy efficiency.The results reveal that the energy efficiency of cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is positively correlated with the level of economic development,industrial structure optimization and increased research and development(R&D)investment,while negatively correlated with the degree of government intervention and the abundance of natural resources.Among them,economic development and increased R&D investment are important factors in improving energy efficiency.Therefore,efforts should be made to improve the energy efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in terms of energy efficiency policies,investment in R&D,industrial structure,and optimization of the energy consumption structure.
