摘 要:以广西钦州市3年生勃氏甜龙竹(Dendrocalamus brandisii)为研究对象,分析不同坡位(下坡、中坡、上坡)对勃氏甜龙竹生长及发笋成竹的影响。结果表明:3年生勃氏甜龙竹平均丛株数为8.72株/丛,不同坡位之间竹子丛株数差异显著(P<0.05),其中下坡显著高于上坡,下坡与中坡及中坡与上坡之间差异均不显著;竹林平均胸径为5.47 cm,不同坡位之间立竹胸径差异极显著(P<0.01),其中下坡与中坡差异不显著,但均显著高于上坡;不同坡位对发笋数、发笋率、成竹数、成竹率、退笋数和退笋率的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。分析丛株数和立竹胸径的变异系数发现,勃氏甜龙竹丛株数的变异受其自身遗传特性的影响较大,而不同立地条件对胸径变异的影响较大,且丛株数的变异系数(52.15%)远大于胸径的变异系数(27.02%)。Taking 3-year-old Dendrocalamus brandisii forest in Qinzhou City,Guangxi,as the research object,this study analyzes the effects of different slope positions(downhill,mid slope,uphill)on growth and shooting characteristics of D.brandisii.The results show that the average culm number per clump in the 3-year-old of D.brandisii is 8.72,and there is a significant difference in culm number per clump among different slope positions(P<0.05),while the culm number per clump on the downhill slope is significantly higher than that on the uphill slope,and no significant difference exists between the downhill slope and the mid slope,or between the mid slope and the uphill slope.The average diameter at breast height(DBH)of the bamboo forest is 5.47 cm,and the bamboo DBHs are significantly different(P<0.01)at different slope positions,with no significant difference between downhill and mid slope,but both are significantly higher than the uphill.The effects of different slope positions on the number of shoots,shooting rate,mature bamboo number,mature bamboo rate,number of degraded shoots,and degradation rate of shoots are not significant(P>0.05).The analysis of the coefficient of variation(COV)of the average bamboo numbers per clump and the DBH of standing bamboo reveals that the variation of the average bamboo numbers per clump of D.brandisii is greatly influenced by its own genetic characteristics,while different site conditions have greater impacts on DBH variations.Moreover,the average number per clump(52.15%)has higher COV than DBH(27.02%).
