摘　　要：“以竹代塑”为我国能源革命开辟了新路径,为能源产业绿色转型、提前实现碳中和带来了新机遇。文章阐述了能源革命与“以竹代塑”的辩证关系,分析了能源产业“以竹代塑”的前景与面临的挑战,并提出能源产业推进“以竹代塑”的建议,包括:加强“以竹代塑”工作的有效领导,建立规划引领、考核督促双管齐下的管理机制,尽快填补能源产业“以竹代塑”标准空白,尽快建立“以竹代塑”碳汇方法学,建立鼓励能源产业“以竹代塑”的政策体系等。“Bamboo as a substitute for plastic” opens up a new path for China's energy revolution, bringing opportunities for the green transformation and carbon neutrality of the energy industry ahead of schedule. This paper elaborates on the dialectical relationship between the energy revolution and “bamboo as a substitute for plastic”, analyzes the prospects and challenges faced by the energy industry in this background, and puts forward suggestions for promoting “bamboo as a substitute for plastic” in the energy industry. The measures include strengthening the guidance for “bamboo as a substitute for plastic”, establishing a management mechanism combining planning and assessment, filling the gap in standard development and establishing a methodology for the carbon sink of “bamboo as a substitute for plastic”, and building a policy framework that encourages the energy industry to use bamboo as a substitute for plastic.
