摘  要:多孔挡沙板的有效挡沙范围是确定其安装位置的基础。为明确多孔挡沙板的挡沙范围,采用CFD-DPM数值模拟方法,对18种不同孔径、孔距、孔形状及孔排列方式的多孔挡沙板进行了风沙绕流试验,对沙粒流迹、涡流结构及流速分布状况进行了分析,进而明确了多孔挡沙板的挡沙范围,并探讨了影响挡沙范围的主要因素。研究表明:1)挡沙板的透风率过高时,其流场以层流为主导,对沙粒的拦截效果较差。2)挡沙板的透风率过低时,其迎风侧出现沙粒积滞现象,且背风侧出现剧烈且无序的涡流,挡沙性能不佳。3)挡沙板背风侧低速区与挡沙板的垂直距离,可作为界定挡沙板有效挡沙范围的依据。4)本文给出的基于透风率的挡沙范围回归公式,其相关系数R2为0.9873,能满足治沙工程中快速确定多孔挡沙板合理安装位置的需求。The effective range of sand-retaining for porous sand screen is the basis for determining their installation locations.In order to clarify the sand-retaining range of porous sand screen,the CFD-DPM numerical simulation method was adopted to conduct wind-sand flow-around tests on 18 types of porous sand screen with different pore sizes,pore spacings,pore shapes,and pore arrangements.The flow traces of sand particles,vortex structures,and flow velocity distributions were analyzed,thereby clarifying the sand-retaining range of porous sand screen and discussing the main factors affecting the sand-retaining range.The results indicate that:(1)When the ventilation rate of the sand screen is too high,the flow field is dominated by laminar flow,leading to poor sand interception effects.(2)When the ventilation rate of the sand screen is too low,sand particles accumulate on the windward side,and intense and disorderly vortices are formed on the leeward side,resulting in poor overall sand-retaining performance.(3)The vertical distance between the low-speed region on the leeward side of the sand screen and the sand screen itself can serve as an intuitive basis for defining the effective sand-retaining range of the sand screen.(4)A predictive formula for the sand-retaining range based on the ventilation rate was proposed,with a correlation coefficient R2 of 0.9873,meeting the need for rapidly determining the reasonable installation position of perforated sand screen in sand control projects.
