盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合中药治疗恢复期脑梗死患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究在脑梗死恢复期采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合中药治疗的临床效果。方法某院收集的60例脑梗死患者,通过计算机随机分成观察组和对照组各30例,观察组接受盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合传统中药治疗方案,而对照组仅接受传统中药治疗。对比两组治疗后的NIHSS及Barthel评分、临床疗效、血液流变学指标和不良反应发生情况。结果在规范治疗2个月后,观察组NIHSS、Barthel评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),总体治疗效果(96.67%)较对照组(73.33%)明显更高(P<0.05),血液流变学指标更低(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率上,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对处于恢复期的脑梗死患者进行治疗时,采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液与中药的联合治疗方案,相比于传统的单一中药治疗方法,能够更有效的促进患者机体功能恢复,改善病情,且具有较高的安全性。在临床上具有广泛的推广价值和应用前景。Objective To study the clinical effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the recovery period of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction were collected from a hospital and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received ligstrazine hydrochloride injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group received traditional Chinese medicine only.The NIHSS and Barthel scores,clinical efficacy,hemorheology indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After 2 months of standardized treatment,the NIHSS and Barthel scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the overall treatment effect(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05);the blood rheological indexes were lower(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion When treating patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery stage,the combined treatment regimen of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection and traditional Chinese medicine can more effectively promote the recovery of patients'body functions,improve their condition,and has higher safety compared to the traditional single traditional Chinese medicine treatment method.It has broad promotion value and application prospects in clinical practice.
